How to manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a'?

Add Comment Edit

Open a terminal window and enter

 sudo dpkg --configure -a

Note the results, and post here if problems recur and you can't afterwards run 
 
sudo apt-get remove flashplugin-installer
